EC SCHOOL

■ Ec---swufe is directly affiliated to swufe. It cultivates full -time undergraduates of three majors: Ec(e-commerce), financial management, net-marketing and postgraduates of Finance engeering. The Ec-swufe enrolled 438 undergraduates and 10 postgraduates in 2002; and 873 undergraduates and 10 postgraduates in 2003. It is planned that Logistics will be added to the three undergraduate majors.
　The Ec-swufe is located in the Science and Technological zone, Mianyang. In all, Swufe has invested 0.19 billion RMB into the whole school’s construction, and the first –phase project was finished in October, 2003, it can hold more than 2000 students, and when the construction of the whole school finish, it can hold 3500 students.
　The design of the school inherits the tradition of Swufe. The school gate, the characters, the teaching buildings and the names of each buildings have the same features with those in swufe, Chengdu. Ec-Swufe has an integrated series of teaching facilities: the classrooms, the laboratories and the campus net-work, which fully represent the modernization of Ec-swufe. With its nice natural environment, satisfying climate and convenient transportation, here is a good place for academic study.
　 According to the different functions , the whole school is divided into four areas: the teaching and research center, the gym and sports center, the daily service center, and the living area for teaching and working staffs. The teaching and research center is near the gate of school, it is consisted of Guanghua Square and five main buildings. The teaching buildings have wide passages, which are fit for students’ communications and safe exit. The passages are in the different directions of the same building, fully allow for modern teaching and students’ discussion; the construction of library adopts outside cubic-design, it can reflect sun light from different angles and students can enjoy the beautiful campus view while reading in the library; Each dormitory has a hall which is used for students’ extra-curriculum activities, they can play table tennis, having body-exercises and even have evening study there. In addition, every dormitory has a self –service laundry room which has ten washing-machine for students to use. In general, the service center has all the facilities: the dining hall, the bathroom, the supermarket, the bank, hospital, barber shop, book store , laundry, and the water house.
